The sales and buying help consultant I is responsible for correct and timely access of sales and purchase orders, preserving organized records, and providing important administrative support to the sales and purchasing departments. This access–degree role specializes in information accuracy, order processing, and documentation to help each day operational efficiency.
Key duties
Order Processing and statistics entry
process and correctly input income orders and buy orders in a well timed way
review orders for primary accuracy (pricing, portions, item codes) and notify the sales group of inconsistencies
preserve up-to-date facts of income orders, buy orders, spreadsheets, and templates
update databases and templates for brand spanking new product additions
perform popular facts access tasks to guide income and buying operations
