role overview
we’re seeking out a customer service representative who will function the first point of contact for our customers. the right candidate will cope with inquiries, remedy problems correctly, and make sure consumer pride thru powerful communication and problem–fixing skills.
Key duties
respond directly to customer inquiries thru phone, email, or chat.
solve services or products troubles via clarifying patron complaints, figuring out the reason, and offering answers.
preserve accurate statistics of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM device.
Collaborate with group contributors to enhance average purchaser experience.
offer remarks at the performance of the customer support system.
qualifications
enjoy:
minimum of 1 yr in a name center or customer service role.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software program is preferred.
established capability to troubleshoot and solve customer problems correctly.
training:
excessive school diploma or equal is required.
extra customer service schooling or certifications are a plus.
