Equivity is seeking an experienced virtual paralegal to help attorneys in company and transactional regulation topics, which include commercial enterprise formations, agreement drafting and evaluation, and highbrow assets topics. the right candidate can have extensive experience managing company filings, coping with settlement lifecycles, and supporting in patent prosecution. Patent litigation experience is a plus.

Key responsibilities:
• put together and file corporate formation documents for LLCs, organizations, and nonprofits on the state level.
• Draft and evaluate a spread of contracts, along with operating agreements, shareholder agreements, carrier agreements, and NDAs.
• put together and manage patent prosecution filings, together with USPTO applications, data Disclosure Statements (IDS), assignments, declarations, responses to workplace actions, and upkeep fee tracking.
