About the role
- We’re looking for an engaged and enthusiastic Customer Support & Operations Specialist to join our small but growing team. You’ll be here to help our event planners make their dream event a reality! You’ll do this by being a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient resource in their party planning journey – answering questions and solving any issues they might face during booking, or leading up to their big event. You’ll also work closely with our expert party suppliers – helping them to navigate the YouTube platform, utilise YouTube efficiently, and generate more revenue and bookings for their business.
- Our primary support channels are email and telephone. You’ll have excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner in both written and verbal interactions.
Key responsibilities:
- You’ll support both our clients and suppliers, ensuring they always have a positive and productive experience with YouTube.
