Job Responsibilities:
- Classification Rule Review: Review and sort customs commodity classification rules.
- System Rule Maintenance: Maintain and sort rules for automated customs commodity classification system and customs code recognition.
- Customs Information Verification: Verify the automatically matched HS codes and declaration elements.
- Business Process Optimization: Analyze workflow, assess job tasks, and propose recommendations for business process optimization.
- Responsible for customs document preparation and standardization.
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
- One year or more of experience in customs commodity classification.
- Hold either the “Commodity Classification Certificate (Non-Electrical)” or the “Commodity Classification Certificate (Electrical).”
- Priority will be given to candidates holding both “Commodity Classification Certificate (Non-Electrical)” and “Commodity Classification Certificate (Electrical).”
- Proficient in English communication.
- Prior experience with intelligent commodity classification system usage or development is preferred.
- College degree or higher, self-driven, excellent communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, ability to handle some work pressure, and a strong spirit of teamwork.
