Job Responsibilities:

  1. Classification Rule Review: Review and sort customs commodity classification rules.
  2. System Rule Maintenance: Maintain and sort rules for automated customs commodity classification system and customs code recognition.
  3. Customs Information Verification: Verify the automatically matched HS codes and declaration elements.
  4. Business Process Optimization: Analyze workflow, assess job tasks, and propose recommendations for business process optimization.
  5. Responsible for customs document preparation and standardization.
  6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

  1. One year or more of experience in customs commodity classification.
  2. Hold either the “Commodity Classification Certificate (Non-Electrical)” or the “Commodity Classification Certificate (Electrical).”
  3. Priority will be given to candidates holding both “Commodity Classification Certificate (Non-Electrical)” and “Commodity Classification Certificate (Electrical).”
  4. Proficient in English communication.
  5. Prior experience with intelligent commodity classification system usage or development is preferred.
  6. College degree or higher, self-driven, excellent communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, ability to handle some work pressure, and a strong spirit of teamwork.
  7. Work hours: Shift working time
