Who Are We?

We are DCX, the Device and Customer Service Design Team, our team is embedded in the Chief Technology Office, the innovation engine for Motorola Solutions. We are user-centered and outcome-driven, identifying pain points and creating solutions discovered and verified in a user centered, research driven approach. Job Description

ABOUT YOU

You should possess a balanced toolkit of research, interaction design, service and ecosystem design, and the ability to convey these solutions with proven prototyping capabilities. You are an advocate of user-centered-design principles, with a natural curiosity to understand people, and how they interact with products. You’re a system-thinker and are passionate about furthering our Design System while leveraging it to ensure consistency across the product suite. You are a team player who enjoys working and brainstorming with other designers, programmers, and managers Motorola Online Work Handling Jobs UK.

  • 3+ years of professional experience in UX Design, preferably at a company focused on designing and delivering Device and Software solutions.
  • You have a sound knowledge of Service Design, Customer Journey Mapping, and experience working with different customer touchpoints
  • You have a passion and knowledge for solving problems, customer touch points, user experience analysis and conceptual design
  • You have experience working with complex ecosystems at a system level.
  • You can partner with Product Managers, engineers, and developers to define product strategy, requirements, priorities, and schedule

Basic Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in UX and Service Design
  • Candidate must have at least a Bachelors Degree in relevant field.
