Responsibilities
Take control of and develop the tools that facilitate moderation and curation of user-generated content, from the systems that allow producers to publish GIFs. Use data and user signals to gain a thorough understanding of the kinds of material that appeal most to our users.
To improve our methods for acquiring and reviewing information, collaborate with design, engineering, data science, and content operations. Define KPIs and build the data infrastructure necessary to measure content performance across various platforms and use cases. Translate insights into a clear, actionable roadmap that ensures we’re always increasing the quality and relevance of our content library. Qualifications And Experience 3+ years of product management experience, preferably with platforms centered on user-generated content, media, or creative tools. Strong analytical chops—you’re comfortable digging into data, designing experiments, and working with data teams to surface actionable insights. Proven experience optimizing systems and processes to scale content acquisition or moderation. Passionate about internet culture and attuned to trends in visual communication. Excellent communicator and collaborator who can drive alignment across technical and non-technical teams.
