Flowing Construction Services Ltd has an exciting full-time opportunity to join our growing business as a Handy Man. As a growing construction company, we are committed to excellence in building and maintenance services.
About the Role:
The successful candidate should possess and be able to demonstrate a combination of qualities including:
· Proven experience as a Handy Man
· Competency in various maintenance tasks, including gardening, roofing, joinery, groundworks, cleaning and painting
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the role will include all aspects of Handy Man, including:
· Gardening works
· Minor roof and gutter repairs
· Joinery
· Minor groundworks
· Cleaning and painting
