What they’re looking for:

  • A minimum of one year’s experience in an office-based customer service role, where you have demonstrated your capability to provide outstanding service.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • A high level of proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing, is essential
  • You will have at least a GCSE level qualification in English and Math, with a minimum grade of 4/C (or equivalent).

  1. Keep your mind and body, relaxed.
  2. Never try to give a long answer to an interview question. Keep your answer short and effective.
  3. If you don’t know the answer to any question, do not try to mislead the interviewer because he knows everything. Here your answer should be just some simple words “Sorry Sir/Ma’am, I do not know the answer”.
