About the role:
The RCG Human Resources Manager will be responsible for all aspects of HR for the group companies, working alongside departments on all people-related issues, demonstrating a proactive, business-partnering approach, ensuring the people element of the business is at the forefront of business strategy, decision making and planning.

Duties:
- Administration of various HR programs and processes
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy in HRIS systems (e.g., Taleo, Workday, PeopleSoft, BreatheHR)
- Being an inhouse recruiter for active roles in conjunction with line managers
- Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and training
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and policies
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports on HR metrics
- Assist with employee relations matters and investigations as needed
- Monitor CPD and training for all team members
- Coaching and working with line managers to ensure they possess the skills and knowledge to be excellent line managers.
Requirements:
- CIPD (Level 5)
- Proven experience working in an HR management role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in use of Technology including HRIS systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to present findings clearly
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Payroll experience
Salary: £40,000.00 per year
