Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of transactions and commercial initiatives in coordination with the EMEA regional leaders to evaluate and execute transactions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industrial players, utilities / IPPs, developers, investors, and lenders to expand EFS market presence in the region, and drive origination of new opportunities. General Electric Jobs For Senior Level UK
- Lead a team of experienced and junior underwriting professionals through the underwriting and approval of direct equity investments in projects or operating companies/assets in the renewable sector.
- Manage multiple underwriting of simultaneous transactions, some directly and others via delegation and oversight.
- Manage portfolio companies to optimize returns through proactive monitoring, value creation initiatives and value realization actions.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with extensive experience in commercial underwriting and/or portfolio management.
- Experience managing teams.
