This individual will play a critical role in partnering with the EMEA regional leaders in originating deals, identifying risks and structuring transactions, and managing the investment portfolio within the EMEA region. This role has primary responsibility for the day-to-day relationship with the existing portfolio clients, leading and participating in SPVs steering committees, boards and other applicable governance bodies, and managing the team to deliver various reports to EFS Senior Leadership Team and others. Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of transactions and commercial initiatives in coordination with the EMEA regional leaders to evaluate and execute transactions.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industrial players, utilities / IPPs, developers, investors, and lenders to expand EFS market presence in the region, and drive origination of new opportunities. General Electric Jobs For Senior Level UK
  • Lead a team of experienced and junior underwriting professionals through the underwriting and approval of direct equity investments in projects or operating companies/assets in the renewable sector.
  • Manage multiple underwriting of simultaneous transactions, some directly and others via delegation and oversight.
  • Manage portfolio companies to optimize returns through proactive monitoring, value creation initiatives and value realization actions.
