To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years’ experience in Graphic or UX Design in a private, public, government, or military environment. 3M Digital Designer Jobs UK
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Advance English Level B2+
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Digital Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design work

- Keep your mind and body, relaxed.
- Never try to give a long answer to an interview question. Keep your answer short and effective.
