This consists of managing skilled Fabricator\/Welders within 15 fabrication bays on the day shift, as well as the Prep area. This is a key role to the business and will require high safety standards, accuracy and speed to ensure that our high-quality fabrication and welding requirements meet client specifications first time, every time.
