To act as Maintenance Person for A R Richards Ltd, as well as overseeing site maintenance and groundworks. To undertake a range of maintenance tasks across A R Richard sites including vehicles, plant and groundwork. Familiar in servicing, maintenance and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, plant and equipment. A R Richards Job Maintenance Person UK<\/p>\n

Duties:<\/b><\/p>\n

\u00b7 To perform tasks as directed and in consultation with your line manager<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Conduct pre use checks, periodic & routine maintenance on vehicles, plant & associated equipment<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Undertake periodic & routine safety & checks in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations ensuring good practise<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Assist other division with projects by means of labouring and or groundworks on live construction sites A R Richards Job Maintenance Person UK<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Site maintenance inclusive of minor repairs, painting & decorating<\/p>\n
