A R Richards Remote Jobs Work From Home UK<\/p>\n<p><b>Outline of the Role:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>As a plant operator you will be responsible for using a variety of machinery to do tasks such as loading baled recyclates into lorries, loading\/unloading lorries of all waste streams and daily site work.<\/p>\n<p>The job role of a Plant Operative at a MRF will involve the following duties:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Using loadalls, forklifts and material handler (High rise cab) with confidence as we are a busy site<\/li>\n<li>Moving waste streams with plant<\/li>\n<li>Loading shovel work may be required<\/li>\n<li>Operating Man Cages<\/li>\n<li>Feeding the baler to produce baled products<\/li>\n<li>Loading articulated lorries<\/li>\n<li>Sorting waste using grab material handler<\/li>\n<li>Using forklifts to unload and move materials around the site including concrete panels and rings<\/li>\n<li>Carrying out safety checks and keeping machines running properly<\/li>\n<li>Changing buckets and other machine attachments<\/li>\n<li>You will record any defect and communicate this to the Transport<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Manager\/ Site Manager\/ H &amp; S Manager to ensure that plant stays operational and safe<\/p>\n<p>Your role will be to ensure that within the team we are able to keep a very busy shed running effectively at all times. Providing on-going support to the Shed<br \/>\nSupervisor and Site Manager.
