\u00a0Key responsibilities <\/strong><\/p>\n

Internal video projects: <\/strong><\/p>\n

– Planning, coordinating and scheduling all internal video and digital filming projects in close collaboration with and under the leadership of the producer in charge<\/p>\n

– Providing and maintaining project records using the software planning tool<\/p>\n

– Coordinating internal video and digital filming projects with different UEFA divisions and units according to their deadlines and budgets Champions League Productions Coordinator Job UK<\/p>\n

– Coordinating the allocation of suitable freelancers and\/or UEFA staff (producers, editors, camera operators) to each project and organising their travel and accommodation, as required<\/p>\n

– Coordinating administrative activities for internal video and digital filming activities, and ensuring their compliance with UEFA policies and procedures (purchase orders, travel arrangements, supplier contracts and financial reporting)<\/p>\n

Production management on selected UEFA events (draws and youth competitions): <\/strong><\/p>\n

– Sharing a centralised staffing plan with relevant UEFA parties<\/p>\n

– Supporting the TV domain with various production management tasks<\/p>\n
