You\u2019ll bring your unique personality to every customer conversation and deliver the exceptional support experience our customers love.<\/p>\n<p>What will you do as a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate?<br \/>\nAs an amazon Delivery Station Customer Support Associate, you will carry out real-time, hands-on investigations to find out where customer orders are located and how we can get them to our customers as swiftly as possible. You will contact customers directly via phone and\/or e-mail to confirm crucial delivery details and prevent delays. You will also act as an interface between our customers and Delivery Service Partners, to identify possible root causes, solve issues, and arrange for re-delivery when required.<\/p>\n<p>What are your hours?<br \/>\nThis role requires working variable hours to match when customers need us most. You will work day shifts and your work week is minimum 40 hours, for example 5x8hrs. In order to match our customer demand, we schedule based on a variety of different shift patterns within the operating hours of 11am and 7:30pm Monday to Sunday. You will receive your work schedule at least 6 weeks in advance and your shifts may change every 4 weeks. You may be required to work national holidays and will be compensated accordingly. You will learn more about your exact schedule closer to your start date.<\/p>\n<p>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS<br \/>\nWhat qualifications do we need from you?<\/p>\n<p>Minimum age: 18 years old<br \/>\nHave the right to work in the Netherlands<br \/>\nStrong communication skills in Dutch and German (both written and oral fluency \u2013 minimum of C1 level)<br \/>\nGood communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)<br \/>\nIntermediate computer literacy<br \/>\nThe availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 11:00 am to 7:30 pm<br \/>\nWillingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. weekend, and overtime as required)<br \/>\nWhat strengths will you bring?<\/p>\n<p>Hard-working, articulate, and detail-oriented<br \/>\nFriendly and customer-focused in every situation<br \/>\nAbility to learn quickly and embrace change<br \/>\nComfortable multi-tasking in a high-energy environment.<br \/>\nWhat benefits will you receive?<\/p>\n<p>One of the great things about joining Amazon\u2019s Customer Service team is that you don\u2019t need past experience in customer service.
