Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
\nProven work experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
\nStrong understanding of talent acquisition techniques and best practices.
\nFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
\nSolid knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
\nAbility to handle confidential information with tact and discretion.
\nDemonstrated experience in designing and implementing HR programs and initiatives.
\nExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
