Position Overview
\nWe are currently seeking a motivated Resolution Expert to join our team. As a Resolution Expert, you will play a critical role in resolving customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with rotational shifts and offs.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities
\nAddress customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
\nProvide effective resolutions to customer issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
\nHandle a high volume of customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
\nCollaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer cases.
\nMaintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
\nEnsure adherence to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service.
\nStay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
\nAssist in training new team members and sharing best practices.
\nRequirements and Qualifications
\nHigh school diploma or equivalent. Undergraduates and graduates are welcome to apply.
\nStrong verbal and written communication skills in English.
\nExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
\nProficient computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
\nSelf-motivated with a strong customer-centric mindset.
\nAvailability to work 6 days a week, including rotational shifts and offs.
\nFreshers are encouraged to apply.
\nMust have a stable internet connection with the following system configuration:
\nProcessor: Intel Core i5 or equivalent.
\nRAM: 8GB.
\nInternet Speed: Minimum 25Mbps download and 25Mbps upload.
\nUSB Headset.
