As a Human Resources Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management and leadership team in handling and resolving various Human Resources issues. We are looking for a professional who can ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, maintain accurate employee records, and contribute to the overall success of our HR department.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<br \/>\nAssist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues.<br \/>\nAssist employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedures.<br \/>\nMonitor and assist managers\/supervisors with hiring processes and issues.<br \/>\nCoordinate and conduct applicant drug screens, reference checks, background checks, motor vehicle checks, and social security number verification.<br \/>\nMaintain applicant flow, drug screen, orientation, and transfer request logs.<br \/>\nCreate and maintain new hire and personnel files and enter them into Human Resources Information Systems.<br \/>\nAssist with the orientation of new employees.<br \/>\nMonitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and company policies and standards.<br \/>\nEnsure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files (e.g., interview documents, I-9s).<br \/>\nSupport the processing and maintenance of payroll records in accordance with policies and procedures, as necessary.<br \/>\nInform Human Resources management of issues related to employee relations within the division or property.<br \/>\nCreate and maintain filing systems.<br \/>\nGenerate Human Resources data reports as necessary.<br \/>\nAnswer phone calls and record messages.<br \/>\nCreate and type office correspondence using a computer.<br \/>\nServe as a Human Resources subject matter expert and participate on project teams.<br \/>\nTrain new hires on Human Resources processes, programs, policies, information systems, etc.<br \/>\nFollow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information.<br \/>\nSpeak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.<br \/>\nDevelop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support the team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.<br \/>\nRequirements and Qualifications:<br \/>\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.<br \/>\nStrong attention to detail.<br \/>\nSolid knowledge of HR processes and procedures.<br \/>\nProficient in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).<br \/>\nFamiliarity with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.<br \/>\nExceptional interpersonal and communication skills.<br \/>\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.<br \/>\nHigh level of professionalism and integrity.<br \/>\nBachelor&#8217;s degree in Human Resources or a related field.<br \/>\nPrevious experience in a similar HR role is preferred.<br \/>\nIf you are a dedicated professional with a passion for Human Resources and a desire to contribute to a dynamic organization, we invite you to apply for the position of Human Resources Executive at Marriott.
