Responsibilities
\nConduct inbound and outbound calls to US-based candidates, effectively screening them for client’s hiring requirements.
\nUtilize call-in tool to record outcomes of calls, providing accurate and timely information.
\nMotivate candidates to complete job applications and assist with scheduling and rescheduling their first day of work, ensuring smooth onboarding.
\nReview application forms to ensure all details are accurately filled out by candidates.
\nHandle inbound calls and promptly resolve candidates’ queries, delivering exceptional customer service.
\nRespond to candidates’ queries via email and text, providing clear and concise information.
\nResolve queries using a ticketing platform, with knowledge of ServiceNow considered an advantage.
\nMaintain a quality score of 90% and above throughout the process, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets.
\nEscalate complex issues or problems and seek guidance when necessary.
\nEstablish and maintain process controls, updating and validating process documentation to ensure compliance with requirements.
\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements, suggesting ideas to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control measures.
\nActively participate in team building activities, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
\nSafeguard the security and confidentiality of client data, adhering to data protection policies and guidelines.
\nStrive for customer satisfaction, consistently exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional service.

\nRequirements and Qualifications

\nDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
\nAbility to work well under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
\nFamiliarity with ticketing platforms and knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus.
\nDemonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex issues.
