\nAssist in training and mentoring junior Customer Support Representatives.
\nRequirements and Skills
\nProven experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar Customer Service role.
\nFamiliarity with our industry is a plus.
\nProficiency in using help desk software and remote support tools.
\nStrong understanding of CRM systems and their functionalities.
\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
