NTT Data is hiring for Non Voice Process (Banking).
\nWorking Days: Monday \u2013 Friday
\nOffice Location: DLF IT Park, Ramapuram, Porur, Chennai.
\nEligibility Criteria:<\/p>\n
Looking for freshers 2020 \u2013 2022 passed outs.
\nPerceive Good communication skills.
\nShould be open to work in night shift.
\nBasic knowledge on banking.
\nShould be willing to do work from office.
\nJob Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
In this Role you will be Responsible For<\/p>\n
Perform unwrapping of the shareholder details or the entities involved in the company.
\nConduct investigations, collect data, compile documentation and evidence, maintain accurate and detailed notes, Ensure accurate and timely completion of reporting to clients.
\nEnsures accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs.
\nIdentify and resolve both regular and non-routine problems or escalate to Team Leader\/Line Manager\/Unit Head.
\nObserve the highest degree of confidentiality in the handling of information received during their responsibilities.
\nUses established tools and procedures to solve task-related problems.
\nFact finding \u2013 Information search and gathering -Verifying data \u2013 Compilation.
\nRecognizes when there is insufficient information and brings problems to the attention of TL\/Manager.
\nMonitors and tracks resolution of issues.<\/p>\n
