As a Chat Support Representative, you will be a crucial part of our customer service team, responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through web chat, emails, and social media platforms.<\/p>\n<p>Job Responsibilities:<br \/>\nHandle customer queries on Web Chat, E-mails, and Social Media, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.<br \/>\nEducate current and potential customers about our products and services, providing them with relevant information.<br \/>\nMaintain accurate customer records, ensuring all interactions and transactions are properly documented.<br \/>\nIdentify and escalate priority issues to the Team Leader and Operations Team for swift resolution.<br \/>\nActively participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and insights to improve customer service processes.<br \/>\nKey Performance Indicators:<br \/>\nHandle all queries in a polite, professional manner, demonstrating excellent communication skills.<br \/>\nProbe and troubleshoot customer queries, providing suitable and satisfactory solutions.<br \/>\nEducate customers on our services and processes to enhance their overall experience.<br \/>\nEscalate any unresolved issues to the Team Leader, ensuring timely resolution.<br \/>\nAchieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives, maintaining high-quality service standards.<br \/>\nAdhere strictly to shift schedules, ensuring seamless customer support coverage.<br \/>\nFollow laid down internal policies, procedures, and processes, ensuring compliance at all times.<br \/>\nWork collaboratively with the team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.<br \/>\nQualifications:<br \/>\nA Bachelor\u2019s degree from any stream if a Fresher.<br \/>\nMinimum HSC with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.<br \/>\nPassionate about customer care, with a genuine desire to assist and serve customers.<br \/>\nGood typing skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.<br \/>\nFluent in written and spoken English, with excellent grammar and vocabulary.<br \/>\nAble to work well under pressure and with minimum supervision.<br \/>\nA fast learner who can adapt to changing customer needs and work with set targets.<br \/>\nMust be time flexible and available to work in a rotational shift system, including holidays and weekends.<br \/>\nRequirements and Qualifications:<br \/>\nProficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, is essential.<br \/>\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and analytically.<br \/>\nExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.<br \/>\nDetail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.<br \/>\nTech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple software applications.<br \/>\nPrevious experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.<br \/>\nJoin our dynamic team at Tech Mahindra and contribute to delivering exceptional customer support to our valued clients.
