DESCRIPTION:
- Looking for a Junior / Trainee level person at the start of their Electrical career, maybe with some experience as an Electricians Mate. This role is to be trained as a Fire Alarm Systems and Emergency Lighting Tester. E Resources Remote Jobs £35/Hour UK
- The position has a proven training and promotional route to a career as a Fire Alarm or Security Systems Service Engineer.
- The initial role is to complete the statutory safety checks on the Emergency Lighting and Fire Alarm systems installed in blocks of flats. Once completed you will personally undertake basic remedial actions to solve any issues: change bulbs, batteries etc.
To apply for this role you must have:
· A full UK drivers’ licence (with a minimum of 1 years driving experience)
· Be able to pass a DBS (criminal records check)
· Have some hands on skills, ideally electrical training NVQ 2 or 3 in Electrical Installations.
· Live in M23 corridor anywhere Brighton to Redhill, an ideal location would be Crawley.
This role comes with training on how to complete the tests, and ongoing technical training to take on more and more technical remedial works / projects, as you progress to a Field Service Engineer.
Starting salary £26000 + expensed Company Van (business use only) and paid overtime.
Standard hours 0800 – 1630 Mon – Friday. (all travel time is paid).
