RH is seeking a Chef de Partie to support kitchen leadership in providing world class service and hospitality to all guests. As the Chef de Partie, you will add value to the overall service experience by being an excellent team player, anticipating the needs of guests, and maintaining excellent care of the equipment and facilities. You are passionate about luxury service and compelled by the details.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain all kitchen cooking and service standards
- Develop knowledge of all RH food and beverage offerings
- Assist with product check in and rotation to ensure all recipes and orders are executed in a timely manner and at the highest possible standards of accuracy
- Consistently uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Assume responsibility for all ingredient prep as it relates to a certain station
- Participate in teamwork and foster harmonious working climate
- Embrace change and deliver top results no matter the obstacle
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of relative experience in the Hospitality industry
- Follow COSHH and HACCP regulations
- Basic food hygiene and allergens awareness
- Strong knife skills and experience on hot and cold line
- Energetic, accountable and team oriented
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Work independently and with all levels of leadership in a fast paced environment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequently moving and lifting items up to 25kg.
