YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs
- Support kitchen team with daily cleaning tasks while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Daily setup and breakdown of dish areas
- Assist in daily food preparation, order storage and organisation
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge and interest in RH food and beverage offerings
- Collaborate with the team and promote a harmonious working environment
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years of related experience
- Eager to learn new skills and support the broader team
- Follow COSHH and HACCP regulations
- Basic food hygiene and allergens awareness
- Basic knife skills and general cooking knowledge
- Effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Legal right to work in the UK
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequently moving and lifting items up to 25kg
- Work standing and walking for extended periods of time
- Spends time in a commercial kitchen environment
