3M is seeking an Email Developer for the Digital Marketing Team. This position will be located in Bradford , Heredia as part of our Global Service Center in England. Job summary:
The person hired for the position of Email Developer will have a strong understanding of customer experience and email marketing best practices. You will collaborate with our UK, Scotland and LATAM Digital Resource Centers (DRC) and then be in charge of but not limited to the creation of marketing automation campaigns, emails, landing pages and forms. This individual will then work at the tactical level to develop marketing automation assets, campaigns, execute test plans, ensure deliverability and provide performance metrics. Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Manage contact list uploads and segment health.
- Create emails, landing pages and other marketing automation assets campaigns.
- Build campaigns based off workflows designed by digital strategists.
- Track and report performance of campaigns.
- Develop controls on all data inputs and outputs to drive data cleanliness.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on marketing automation best practices.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Advance English Level B2+
- 2+ years HTML/CSS knowledge is a must.
- 2-3 years of experience using marketing automation systems such as Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo, and/or other is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or recently graduated from an accredited university highly preferred.
- Experience working with Eloqua and Jira
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail
