Job Duties:
In this role, you will be meeting with geriatric patients to complete annual health assessments at different clinics including patient home visits in the Salford and Cambridge areas. Our business is performing Medicare Annual Health Assessments with Geriatric Patients in a clinic setting and performing patient H&Ps and using preventative health screening tools for a great patient experience. Requirements:
- Current NP license for the state of Cambridge
- Experience with the geriatric population
- Experience with EMR systems and comfortable with electronic documentation (e-ClinicalWorks is strongly recommended)
- Bilingual is a plus

Top 10 Tips for Interview
- Keep your mind and body, relaxed.
- Never try to give a long answer to an interview question. Keep your answer short and effective.
- If you don’t know the answer to any question, do not try to mislead the interviewer because he knows everything. Here your answer should be just some simple words “Sorry Sir/Ma’am, I do not know the answer”.
