DESCRIPTION:-
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operation of Southeast Asia market including but not limited to e-commerce activities coordination, plan and execute campaigns’ strategies collaboratively and constantly reassess platform info & features to elevate the quality of user experience.
- Measure and analyse activity with data driven insights, drive efficiencies and effectiveness through continuous improvement.
- Lead research initiatives around competitive analysis and digital trends.
- Work closely with design team to create banners and layout of pages that are personalized to the local market.
- Write, review and adapt copy in local language and analyse the effectiveness through data to better the content direction and copywriting.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3+ years e-Commerce experience, preferably in Fashion & Beauty industry.
- E-commerce experience, preferably in Fashion & Beauty industry.
- Able to work independently, has initiative, and at the same time, a team player who can work well with cross functional teams in a fast paced environment
- Ability to execute with high-accuracy, multi task, deal with uncertainty, willing to learn and are highly organized in paper work.
- Strong sense of ownership, able to identify issues and be pro-active in carrying out solutions.
- Good understanding of user journeys, digital usability and user experience. Familiar with the key promotional calendar and the market behaviour.
