Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and maintain extensive knowledge of the market dynamics within the assigned state;
- Identify and map the concentration of sellers, including their regions, associations, and categories, to enhance market understanding;
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the seller landscape, including market trends, competitors, and potential opportunities;
- Collaborate with the LEADS and PROCESS teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach towards achieving overall targets;
- Take ownership of the overall results in the assigned state, monitoring key performance indicators and implementing corrective actions as needed;
- Analyze market data to identify gaps, trends, and potential areas for improvement, providing valuable insights to the team;
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including sellers, associations, and other relevant entities, to strengthen the company’s position in the market;
- Continuously assess and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in achieving state-level objectives;
- Collaborate with cross- functional teams to address challenges and implement solutions that contribute to the overall success in the state.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of the market dynamics in the assigned state;
- Proven experience in identifying and understanding seller concentrations, regions, and categories within a given market;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions;
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field;
- Availability to travel, when needed;
- Solid experience in the commercial field with prospecting and expanding new accounts;
