Overview

The Premier League’s Digital team is looking for an Associate Producer (Gaming) to assist with the delivery of game operations and development, executing broad production administration, including software project management, QA, marketing and publishing. Based in our London office, you will help support the production and publishing of the Fantasy Premier League franchise to over 11,000,000 players. The role will support the wider Digital team’s business goals, growing our D2C offerings, including helping with Broadcaster and Digital Marketing operations. We are at the start of an exciting new games unit within the Digital team, embarking on a new gaming strategy which aims to expand the capabilities and utility of gaming as a media within the business.

The right candidate will have a background in a games industry Junior Production or Senior QA role and be looking to take the next step on their career. The role

  • Assist in production, working to cost and schedule development tasks, check progress of delivery, and ensure development ends on time and to quality.
  • Build roadmaps, reports and documentation, attend and host meetings and stand-ups.
  • Help introduce modern production methods to increase the efficiency of the development team.
  • Monitor bugs, working to ensure the accurate reporting of issues throughout development.
  • Support in the sourcing, development and publishing of new games.

Requirements for the role

  • Agile production or QA experience.
  • Games industry experience/a passion for games.
  • Experience working with diverse and remote teams and studios.
  • Exposure to project management software packages such as Azure, Jira, MS Project etc.
  • Naturally organised and collaborative, practical, and enthusiastic about the details
  • Demonstrates sound production process, problem solving, analysis, and curiosity.
  • Personable and reliable, with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, and the MS Office package in general.
