Who You Are:
Incoming client requests pertaining to services must be addressed by the sales associate by offering information and solutions, as well as troubleshooting in both English and other languages. Using inbound communication channels, this position is also in charge of inbound account sales. They receive telephone calls/email/chat to handle all aspects of customer service and sales, including price quotations, product and licensing information, solicitation, negotiation, and problem resolution.
